John Scott, Senior Project Director

This month, we were thrilled to welcome John Scott to the team. John’s exceptional communication and analytical abilities will serve him well as Senior Project Director, where his primary responsibilities include client interface, managing on-site construction, supervising resources and guiding team members. His intuitive understanding of organizational effectiveness and consultative approach to problem solving enable him to devise strategic and tactical development plans that will support the firm’s continued growth. 

John brings with him prior experience as the lead manager on mixed-use site development projects exceeding $300MM. He is also a Certified Safety Manager and Trainer and is certified in Procore Project Management. His proven ability to identify team members’ strengths and leverage untapped potential will undoubtedly help the firm maximize personnel and business opportunities.
