WELCOMING A NEW DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENTS AS WE CONTINUE TO EVOLVE

We are thrilled to welcome Barron Williams to the Northpoint team as the Director of Asset Management and Investments. With over 20 years of real estate investment experience, Barron brings to the firm a holistic understanding of the investment process, moving comfortably from market research to acquisitions, from development to financing, leasing and dispositions. This agility and experience across such a variety of roles will enable Barron to leverage our firm’s current momentum while devising optimal investment strategies for the future, including potential investments beyond the Washington, D.C. market. His expertise in navigating diverse markets, coupled with his incisive ability to identify dynamic opportunities, will ensure our firm’s current upward trajectory continues with intelligence and purpose.

Prior to joining Northpoint, Barron led the acquisitions team for the Southeast Region for Clarion Partners and specialized in acquisitions and joint ventures of projects exceeding $3 billion. In his role as associate at Starwood Urban Investments, he was responsible for sourcing and executing opportunistic investments. Barron began his career in investment sales at CB Richard Ellis. He holds a BS Degree from Cornell University and is a CFA Charterholder.
