And We Just Keep Growing! Northpoint Welcomes Two More Members to Our Team

It is gratifying in so many ways to experience the continued expansion and growth of our firm. And one of the most enjoyable parts of our evolution is welcoming new additions to our team. We are thrilled to introduce Brendan Heffern and Daniela Solorzano to our rapidly growing Northpoint family. They have hit the ground running and have brought even more expertise, energy and enthusiasm to our efforts.

Brendan Heffern, Project Director

One of our newest team members, Brendan joined Northpoint in August 2019 as a multi-faceted Project Director. He applies a wealth of experience and a finely-tuned eye for detail to every aspect of construction management support. He is adept at mitigating challenges and keeping the lines of communication open and running smoothly, and expertly balances the day-to-day realities of a project with the needs and parameters of clients. Brendan brings to this role extensive knowledge gained during his years providing construction management support as a contractor for the U.S. government, as well as owning his own residential construction company. His unwavering dedication puts clients immediately at ease, while his enthusiasm for large, complex projects becomes quickly evident in his razor-sharp observations and innovative solutions.

Daniela Solórzano, Operations Manager

Daniela Solórzano joined our team in the summer of 2019. As the Operations Manager, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day accounting processes and supports our operating needs. Daniela brings with her over 15 years of experience in providing superior customer service, including over ten years in accounting and operations management. Before joining NRP, Daniela was the Senior Accounting Manager of Washington National Cathedral, managing all aspects of the finance operation. She also consulted for the French-American Cultural Foundation, where she analyzed and compiled their financial history to implement accounting processes and create financial reports for the board of trustees. Daniela’s unique combination of diverse experience, interpersonal skills and thoughtful insight perfectly complement our vision and will most certainly contribute to our continued growth and success.
