Northpoint Continues Dynamic Growth with New Leadership Team

February 16, 2018

We recently announced the appointment of three new hires to our leadership team in Northpoint Services, bringing more than 40 years of collective experience to the firm. This comes on the heels of receiving a marquis assignment at The Glover House in Washington, DC—a mixed use project with a 225-unit apartment building and retail which is a sign of bigger things to come for the cutting-edge construction and development management firm.

“The goal of growing our leadership team is to strengthen our bench by adding expertise that touches all facets of construction—from beginning to end,” said Chris Lukawski, Founding Partner of Northpoint Services. “Adding three senior-level leaders allows us to continue to expand throughout the marketplace while remaining a scalable entity—bringing unprecedented opportunities to our clients on both small and large projects.”

Grid Gremi, P.E, joins Northpoint Services as Managing Director/Partner, bringing a depth of expertise and technical knowledge in commercial real estate and land development. As a licensed professional engineer in multiple states, Grid has over twelve years of experience in civil engineering and full- service project management representing project owners, institutional investors, and developers across the industry. Previously, Grid was a Senior Project Manager at Orr Partners where he served as third-party owner’s representative responsible for managing and coordinating projects of all types throughout predevelopment and construction.

Andrew V. Marusak, IV joins Northpoint Services as Managing Director/Partner with 18 years of construction and management experience. Previously, Andrew was Vice President of Construction at Combined Properties Incorporated where he managed over 22 retail properties and over two million square feet of space in the Mid-Atlantic Region, which involved budgeting, permitting, scheduling, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and general contractors.

The new Managing Directors join Chris Lukawski and will work with the existing team to provide best-in-class third-party construction and development management services for developers, institutional investors and property owners.
